If you’ve found this page maybe you’d like to know a little about me…

I’m a mum of 3 teenagers, wife, sister & lover of all things fitnessy (I think I just made up a new word!). Put me in active wear and runners and I’m a happy girl – let me run, jump, lift, stretch, bounce, sweat, huff & puff whilst in said active wear and I’m in my happy place.

Here’s an insight into my introduction to life as a mum – “My bump, bubs & beyond story”.

So how did I arrive here to start Heart Body & Soul?

Short answer is – I found my WHY and followed my PASSION.  I love working with women and want to help women feel strong, empowered, fit and confident in themselves and their bodies – at any age. To live long, meaningful and fulfilling lives. I believe my purpose in life is to help women put a spring back in their step and a smile on their face. I’m passionate about being healthy in mind & body – combine the two and the result is Heart Body & Soul. A female focused fitness business that has YOUR health, happiness & well-being at its Heart, Body & Soul.

Not only am I passionate, I’m also qualified in health science too:

And what do I to keep the spring in my step & smile on my face?

Hmmm…lots of different things. I love to run, but I’m getting slower and covering less distance each year! I huff & puff through a couple of HIIT sessions most weeks, although I seem to be choosing low impact exercise options more regularly. I love to lift weights in the gym, and restore with Yin, and a session or two on the pilates reformer keeps me aligned and mobile. But – ask me next week and I may be trying out a new “thing”! Where’s the closest CrossFit box?

So what about when I’m not in activewear?

I’m a mum who enjoys a strong latte, a good book, summer at the beach, watching our kids at sport, walking the dogs, Japanese food, a nice glass of “bubbles” and just spending quality time with my family.
